    Steve is the CEO and Founder of Client Sense, a data-driven Business Development and Client Retention solution designed specifically for professional services firms. Steve’s has spent his career working within information technology, with the last 16 years exclusively in legal technology. Steve has led the IT function for Australian law firms, presents regularly as an expert on legal technology and has spent a number of years providing consulting to law firms around the strategic integration of legal technology. Steve and his team recognised the challenges law firms of all sizes faced, in requiring lawyers to use and update CRM systems. Steve and his team formed Client Sense in 2016 to address these challenges and supercharge their clients BD and Client Care capabilities.

After graduating from the University of Cambridge she undertook a three-month internship at Noble Legal where she developed an avid interest in the legal industry.     Experienced in-house attorney and senior business development professional in the legal sector at Lex Mundi. Before joining Lex Mundi, Jenny worked as an international corporate lawyer, both in private practice and in-house, in Asia, Europe and North America. Jenny is a dual-qualified lawyer in New York and England & Wales, and holds a Bachelors of Law degree from Durham University and a Master of Laws degree from University College London.

    Richard Burcher is a former New Zealand practicing lawyer and managing partner with over 40 years’ experience. Following masters-level post‐graduate study in pricing--related disciplines, Richard has been based in London since 2012 as the founder and Managing Director of international legal services pricing consultancy Validatum®. He is also the founder and managing director of legal pricing software platform, Virtual Pricing Director®. A regular speaker at national and international conferences including Lex Mundi events, his legal services pricing research and commentary have been widely published or cited in Commonwealth Law Journal, Global Legal Post, Managing Partner, and the Pricing Journal amongst others. Validatum® has worked with over 300 law firms in 22 countries from sole practitioners to global firms with turnovers in excess of $2 billion.
