Tips to consider when moving to O365

Moving to Microsoft Office 365 Tips: 

1. Consider using 3rd party vendors to configure Microsoft, as other firms already have – especially for small and mid-size firms;
2. Remember to configure Anti-spam and malware rules;
3. Have dedicated admins that understand back-end options and reporting;
4. Office 365 should be incorporated with a 3rd party cloud backup system;
5. Remember that you can also use OneDrive as the desktop backup option;
6. When migrating to Office 365, conduct training sessions with pilot groups and create a support/helpdesk for questions;
7. Create best practice guides;
8. Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft features and Apps– Immersive Reader, SharePoint, Planner, Power Automate, etc.; and,
9. Use Microsoft Teams to reduce email traffic
