Matthew Parker has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and specializes in information security. He is experienced in designing, implementing, and managing an information security management system to meet ISO 27001 standards; he recently lead the firm's successful certification under that standard.

He is a frequent contributor to the media and has been invited to speak on cybercrime and information security matters in the Channel Islands and further afield.

Tony McFarland is a member of Tennessee law firm, Bass, Berry & Sims PLC.  Tony is a 1981 summa cum laude graduate of the Vanderbilt Law School, a 1978 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Dallas, and a Nashville Bar Foundation Fellow.  Tony is the firm’s Information Governance Partner, and co-chairs the firm’s Privacy & Data Security, and Financial Institutions, practice groups.   

Tony regularly writes and speaks on data security and financial institutions issues, particularly where those issues intersect.

Tony is a member of both Lex Mundi’s Technology Task Force and its Cyber-security Working Group.  In addition, Tony is the Tennessee representative for Lex Mundi’s Global Cyberbreach Rapid Reaction Task Force. Tony is a past chair of Lex Mundi’s Knowledge Management Subcommittee.

Tony is admitted to practice in Tennessee state courts, all Tennessee federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
