Edward specializes in employment law and pensions law, in particular in the employment law and pensions law aspects of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He advises on and litigates matters relating to employee participation law, the law on individual and collective pensions, and employment law, including the law on individual and collective employment termination. Edward is one of the Netherlands’ leading specialists on executive remuneration and the dismissal of board members and directors

        A passionate and inclusive business leader, Tamar thrives on building and nurturing teams. Following university in Edinburgh and Paris, Tamar joined the firm which is now Burness Paull as a trainee lawyer, going on to head up the property and infrastructure team and develop a fast-growing renewable energy practice. Listed as one of the ‘20 women to Watch in Scotland in 2018’ by Business Insider, she is now the first female managing partner at Burness Paull.
