      If you have an idea for a legal tech project this program sets you up for success with concrete outcomes within 6 months

      What is it?

      T4 combines weekly coaching / consulting sessions with built-in methodology and online training for your legal tech team. Lex Mundi provides legal tech consulting support and can connect your team to other firms who have already done this kind of project. So, in just six months, you can deliver on the idea.

      What will you get out of it?

      Your team will accomplish the following outcomes in six months:

      • A project description, so everyone is on the same page
      • The business case and project plan, that will help you obtain the necessary support to start with the development and implementation
      • The solution

      How much time will it take?

      You can have up to five team members to share the workload. For the first two phases (approximately):

      • The project description - about 10 hours total to create
      • The business case and project plan - between 20-50 hours total depending on the project complexity
